Pretty good

To all the peeops who have been whining to see the full game - check the submission date of this.. _2000_. It has been three years. I would imagine it's safe to say the author either abandoned it or didnt release it on ng.

bad

the first two games have lousy controls and little explanation. The concepts were good, the execution was just wrong. The worst part of these games though (which you can really tell in tic-tac-toe) is the AI. It will do the exact same pattern every single time. How about getting your games past a beta stage before submitting?

Flying monkey fuck!

THAT was bad. First off, it was TINY! What resolution do you use? 640x480? Seriously, I have my screen at 1280x1024. </rant> ANYway, as has been said, that was NOT old school in any sense of the term. It was unimaginative, ill-concieved, and, well, how to put this lightly? IT SUCKED DONKEY BALLS. And now the point in this message where I insult you several times before signing off: Go and boil your bottom, you son of a silly person. You empty-headed, animal-food-trough-wiper! I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and you father smelt of elderberries! Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.

(insert witty comment here)

Well, it just wansn't quite what I expected. I expected it to be a lot longer and harder. Don't get me wrong, what ou made here was excellent and I loved it, it's just that it didn't live up to what your demo made me think it would be.

I am truely sorry that this game did not meet what your expectations. I did try hard on this, it was the best thing i've ever made. Maybe you'll enjoy something that i make in the future!

Even if it is stolen...

the game does still have issues.

I'm not going to personally check, but if you think this movie is stolen, email the url for this page and the url to the real thing's page to:

stolen@newgrounds.com

on with the complaints: Sure, you have Rabbit Joint's song at the begining, but if you play longer than the song, you dont have any sound! X_X Second issue: controls. the controls should be told up front. 3) collision detection. fighting is buggy. some enemiew will die, others are invincible. the arrows had issues. you couldnt die. the list goes on. personally, this feels more like a beta version. if i were this game's programmer, only a handfull of friends would have seen this version of the game.

...

All you did was copy the text from an email that has been going around for years into different frames, added buttons, and the pointless ability to type. This took, what?, one hour?

interesting

when i first heard the music i thought Atari :-) almost made me wish for that type of grafic too. pretty funny. you should make one long level. :-)

well, if you must ask...

as 90% of the reviews have said, sound (thusly, the ding in my scoring). ok, i said it, that's out of the way. NOW -

Any idiot who gives this a bad score because it has "sucky grafics" or "poor controls" obviously never played the original Sopwith. IIRC, Sopwith had the same control scheme, did it not? Beautiful game! I would play it longer, but I don't want to become addicted like I did with Sopwith. ^^

well...

No offense, but this is a piece of crap. As others noted, 3 or 4 arrows? I would suggest putting more than 4 hours into something like this. i must say, nice choice of music! :-)

Oh, and by the way, why not just get the good stuff from here:
